How it works
Everything gets in on its own. You just ask.
- 01
Send anything in
Forward an email, snap a photo of a letter, or upload a PDF. The renewal notice, the boiler service record, the V5C.
- 02
MyHome reads it
Every document is scanned and read — the renewal date, the premium, the excess, the reference number — and filed under the right category.
- 03
You stay ahead
Renewal reminders, 30 days ahead. No more scrambling through drawers the week something expires.
Ask your home anything.
Ask your documents anything — what the excess is, when the MOT is due, which reference number the council wants. HomeMind answers from the documents you've filed, and shows you exactly where each answer came from.
It can do the small jobs too.
Ask HomeMind to set a reminder, change a document’s date or save a car by its plate. It proposes the change, you confirm it, and every action can be undone.
Set a reminder
“Remind me to book the boiler service in March.”
Change a document’s date
“The renewal date on the home insurance should be 3 June.”
Save a car by its plate
“Save WR68 KXP as our car.”
Draft a reply
Open a letter and ask for a reply. You get a draft to use as you see fit. Nothing is ever sent.
HomeMind Actions and reply drafts come with Pro and Duo. See pricing
Vehicles
MOT, tax and insurance dates for every vehicle, checked against DVLA records — with the V5C and policy filed beneath them.
Renewals
Insurance, warranties and service plans with their end dates read straight from the paperwork. Reminders 30 days ahead.
Household
One shared library for the household. Your partner sees the same documents, the same dates, the same answers.
Works on your phone. Open MyHome in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen, so it opens like an app. There is nothing to install from an app store.
Questions, answered.
What is MyHome?
MyHome is where your household paperwork lives. It reads the insurance, mortgage, vehicle and energy documents you add, pulls out the dates and amounts, and lets you ask questions about them in plain English.
Is it free?
Yes, there is a free plan with up to 50 documents and 50MB of storage, and you don’t need a card to start. Pro is £4.99 a month and adds email forwarding, a larger library and more questions for HomeMind.
Is there a trial of Pro?
Pro monthly starts with a 14-day trial. A card is taken up front, and the first payment is only taken when the trial ends, so you can cancel before then and pay nothing.
Where are my documents kept, and who can see them?
Your documents are encrypted at rest on EU servers, and MyHome is UK GDPR compliant. They belong to your account, and you can export or delete anything you’ve uploaded at any time.
Can I share it with my partner?
Yes. Duo gives two people their own logins over one shared library of 5,000 documents and 10GB.
How do I get documents in?
Upload PDFs, photos, scans or screenshots, or forward documents by email. Each one is read and made searchable by the words inside it, not just its file name.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from settings, whenever you like. If you stop paying your account moves back to Free and your documents stay.
