The home for your paperwork
Never hunt for a document again
MyHome takes every policy, warranty, statement and certificate, reads what’s inside, and hands back the dates, the numbers and the answers — the moment you need them.
In short
MyHome is a home for your household’s paperwork that actually reads it. Upload a document and it’s scanned, made searchable and understood — the renewal dates, the amounts and the key facts pulled out and put in front of you. It’s the filing cabinet that files, remembers and answers back.
The problem
Your important documents live everywhere except one place
When the renewal letter arrives or the boiler packs in, the paperwork you need is scattered across half a dozen places — and none of them talk to each other.
One place for everything
Everything in one place, at last
PDFs, photos, scans, screenshots — MyHome takes them all. Set up categories and tags that match how your household actually works: the house, the car, the kids, the boiler. Upload from your phone in the queue at the garage, find it on your laptop that evening.
Search
Search the words inside your documents, not just the file names
Every document you upload is scanned and made fully text-searchable. Type “boiler” and MyHome returns the warranty, the service record and the installation invoice. Half-remember a policy number? Type what you’ve got and MyHome finds the document it belongs to.
HomeMind
Ask your documents anything
HomeMind reads your documents and answers in plain English, pointing you to where it found the answer. It only knows what you’ve uploaded — so it’s your paperwork talking back, not generic advice off the internet.

AI insights
The important bits, pulled out and put at the top
Upload a policy and MyHome reads it for you — the renewal date, the monthly amount, the policy number, the key dates buried in the small print. You get a plain summary and the facts that matter surfaced on the document itself.
Renewals and expiry
Renewals that tell you they’re coming
MyHome tracks the dates inside your documents — insurance renewals, MOTs, warranty end dates, tenancy dates — and lets you know before they matter. You can add your own reminders for anything that isn’t on paper.
Inbox Watcher
The filing happens without you
Most filing systems fail for the same reason: someone has to do the filing. Connect your inbox and Inbox Watcher captures documents as they arrive — the renewal letter, the annual statement, the completion pack — reads them and files them. You can also forward anything to MyHome by email, or bring across what’s already sitting in your cloud storage.
Vehicles
Your car’s paperwork, checked for you
Type in a registration and MyHome pulls the make, model, tax status, MOT status and expiry dates straight from DVLA — sitting alongside the V5C, the insurance and the service history in the same place.
Duo
One system between the two of you
Household admin usually lands on one person. Duo gives two people the same library — either of you can find the policy, either of you gets the renewal reminder, and nothing gets lost between two inboxes.
Security & privacy
Your paperwork, kept private
Your documents are stored on European infrastructure and encrypted at rest. You stay in control: export or delete anything you’ve uploaded whenever you like, and it remains yours the whole time.

Questions
The things people ask first
I already use Google Drive for this
Drive is a filing cabinet — it holds what you put in it and does nothing else. MyHome reads what’s inside your documents, tells you when a renewal is coming, and answers questions about them. The storage is the least interesting part.
I’d have to upload years of paperwork first
You don’t. Start with the five documents you’ve looked for in the past year — insurance, MOT, mortgage, boiler warranty, tenancy. Add the rest as it turns up, or connect your inbox on Pro and let new documents file themselves.
Is my paperwork safe?
Documents are stored on European infrastructure and encrypted at rest. You can export or delete anything you’ve uploaded at any time.
Can two of us share one account?
Yes — that’s what Duo is for. Two people get their own logins over a single shared library of 5,000 documents and 10GB, so either of you can find a policy and both of you get the renewal reminders.
Which files can I upload?
PDFs, photos, scans and screenshots. Every upload is scanned and made fully text-searchable, so you can find a document by the words inside it, not just its file name.
What if I stop paying?
Your account moves back to Free. Your documents stay — you just go back to the Free allowances.
Start with the five documents you looked for last year
Free to try, no card needed. Add the rest as it turns up — or let it file itself on Pro.
